BASKETBALL TRAINING
Our basketball training program is customized to meet your current skill set and build by focusing on the fundamental elements:
Proper footwork, ballhandling, shooting form, claiming your space, facing the basket and making the correct read.
In the video, we establish how to use the dribble to attack and to move your body at different heights and your dribble at different rates. It is not the finished product but a sample of the steps taken to gain comfort and confidence so that you can decide at what pace to play in and be in control.
